Terms of Use
APN Tech Limited (RM 5003, 5/F, Yau Lee Centre, 45 Hoi Yuen Road, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong), hereinafter “APN”, runs the APN app and VPN service. By installing the app or connecting to an APN server you accept these terms.
You may use the service only for lawful purposes. What is against the law where you are, or where the server you connect through stands, is against these terms too.
APN records the IP addresses your device connects from, the IP addresses it reaches through the tunnel, and how much traffic was carried for you. You agree that APN reveals these records to law enforcement whenever a valid legal request obliges it to. APN cannot reveal what it never keeps: the content of your traffic is neither inspected nor stored. The privacy policy says what is kept, and for how long.
These activities are not allowed through APN servers:
- sending spam, in email or in any messenger
- scanning, probing, or attacking other hosts and networks
- spreading malware, or running a botnet
- phishing, fraud, or trading in stolen cards and passwords
- sharing material that sexualizes children
- threatening or harassing anybody
- sharing works you have no right to share
- reselling the service, or opening it to strangers as a proxy
APN blocks or closes an account that breaks these terms, without notice and without a refund.
The service comes as it is, with no promise of speed or uptime, and APN owes you nothing for the time it is down. Payments are handled by the App Store, Google Play, Huawei AppGallery, Stripe, or the Ethereum network; a refund follows the rules of whoever took the money.
APN may change these terms, and the date above says when it last did. The laws of Hong Kong govern them.
